Toichiro's divorced had been really hard on him, especially since he was in prison during the time. Our sources (his nephew) say that being given the time to reflect was a blessing in disguise, because it led to Toichiro learning more about himself. Yes, he felt really bad for all the crimes he commited, but more importantly, Toichiro learned a very important thing-- that divorced men like himself deserve love. Maybe in each other. Maybe he found it in the probationary officer assigned to him (seriously lol what was up with that?), but both you AND Toichiro deserve to find love after loss. Even if you chase it away with ambitions of world domination. This is what led to Toichiro to hold his coming out party after he escaped from prison. It was a beautiful occasion, even if he died during it. At least he was bisexual.
